Newly renovated villa (Finish 01.01.2025) with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom is en-suite, living room has a 60" smart TV, floor fan, highest speed internet and TV box from 3BB, fully equipped European kitchen with dining table, saltwater pool, sunbeds, outdoor dining and seating area with a roof fan above seating area, outdoor shower, and washing machine. Parking is possible inside the plot or on the common street.
When you arrive there are some free drinks in the fridge and an information folder with the wifi name/password and our contact details on the front page. Inside the folder are emergency numbers, some other information, the phone number and menu to Orchid Paradise Homes restaurant located at Orchid 1, QA codes for what to do, restaurants, markets, etc, and some maps that can be useful while you stay with us.
The Villa is located in a nice development called Orchid Paradise Homes which is 5 km from the famous Black Mountain golf course, and water & wake park in Hua Hin. Orchid Paradise Homes has a common area with a restaurant/bar, a common pool area with a pool section for children, a dart, and a 9" pool table. We have a BBQ buffet with live music every Friday in the high season. There is 24-hour security on the premises. Orchid Paradise Homes is around 5 km or 10 -15 min drive from Hua Hin city. To find the exact location of house 20, copy the Google Plus code into Google map:

Electricity and water are not included in the price. Electricity is THB 7 pr. kWh and Water is THB 60 pr. m3.
The guest can access all parts of Orchid Paradise Homes common areas and you will be able to enjoy the entire place with all the privacy you need.

Office hours are 08:30 - 16:30 on weekdays and 09:00 - 15:00 on weekends.

Electric and water are not included and are to be paid when checked out. Electric is 7 baht pr kwh and water is 60 baht pr m3. Baby cot and baby chair are available and free of charge upon request/availability. Extra bed not available but we mattress suitable for children 3-13 years. Extra mattresses including bedlinen, towels, shampoo, and soap are charged 500 baht per night. Max 6 adults. Children are free of charge when sleeping with parents or in a baby cot. 30% deposit when you book.
