Your Booking Cancellation Rights

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation. The funds will be returned to the same payment method that you used during your booking payment.

Conditions for Cancellation

In order for the Booking to be eligible for a cancellation, please make sure that:

The booked dates are more than 30 days prior to scheduled check-in

100% of the booking amount will be refunded

The following Bookings cannot be cancelled:

Bookings less than 30 days away from check-in cannot be refunded.

Limited promotions

Bookings made on third party services cannot be cancelled from here

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of any booking that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.
