All houses have an information folder with the Wi-Fi name, password, contact details, emergency numbers, and most of the information you need for your stay. On arrival, there are some free drinks in the fridge.

Electricity and water are not included in the price and will be charged according to usage before check-out. Electricity is 7 baht per kWh, and water is 60 baht per m3.
