Nice 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom villa, 1 bedroom is en-suite with walk-in closet, all bedrooms and living room have roof fan, master bedroom has a smart TV, fully equipped European kitchen with kitchen island, seating area with 55" smart TV, highest speed internet and TV box from 3BB, air-conditioning in all rooms, outdoor seating & dining area with 3 roof fans, private 12-meter pool with jacuzzi, outdoor shower, sunbeds, washing machine and parking for 2 cars. All houses have an information folder with wifi name, password, contact details, emergency numbers, and most of the information you need for your stay. On arrival, there are some free drinks in the fridge.

Electricity and water are not included in the price and will be charged according to usage before check-out. Electricity is 7 baht per kWh, and water is 60 baht per m3.
