Nice 2-bedroom and 2 bathroom villa, 1 bedroom is en-suite. Fully equipped European kitchen with dining table, the living room has a seating group, a 50" smart TV, the highest speed wifi from 3bb, all rooms have air-conditioning, outside seating and dining area with a roof fan, sunbeds, 10 x 3-meter swimming pool, and a nice garden. Outside shower at the pool, and a washing machine. All houses have an information folder with wifi name, password, contact details, emergency numbers, and most of the information you need for your stay. On arrival, there are some free drinks in the fridge.

Electricity and water are not included in the price and will be charged according to usage before check-out. Electricity is 7 baht per kWh, and water is 60 baht per m3.
